The Omega Institute is the Nation’s largest holistic and spiritual retreat center.  Over the course of six seasons I served in positions of progressively greater responsibility.

Managed the office of Omega’s AV and Recording Department. Oversaw DVD and CD production, design and recording operations on Rhinebeck campus and at conferences. Trained and managed staff of seven on   campus and twenty at conferences. Scheduled, contracted and organized evening entertainment. 

Contributed to development of Omega’s new video project which filmed educational interviews to be available online. Conducted 30 co-interviews and 10   solo interviews.  Co-coordinated film production and assisted in direction.

Assisted in the restructuring the Omega Café in order to adapt to changing needs and demands. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling and managing a staff of 15, ordering, accounting and assisting in visioning the direction of the café.
